Leslie's Famous Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 sliced bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 oz sugar
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Bake. I use a bread machine, but if you don't have one, you can still make this recipe the old way; i.e., 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
