The tread can be cut to make a shoe sole. Rope or fiber can be added to produce a sandal. The tire can be suspended from a tree limb to use as a rope swing to entertain children or adults. Lying flat on the ground the inside of the tyre can be filled with good soil and used to grow plants. A stack of tyres can be used as a compost bin.
