The Desert Fridge is based on the cooling propreties of evaporation.
It is made out of two unglazed earthen pots fitting in another and separeted by a layer of wet sand
The zeer pot, or pot in pot was developped by Mohammed Bah Abba and is produced and sold for food preservation by the:
