How to Build an Air Conditioning

Home made ac isn't really practical. Yes there are ways to do it, but the energy consumed/pumped ratio wouldn't be that great, and it'd end up costing you more in excess run cost than buying new.

There are however many other ways to cool buildings that are practical.
