How to Build an Air Conditioning

Home made ac is not really practical. Yes there are ways to do it, but the energy consumed/pumped ratio would probably not be as optimized as a manufactured one. It would probably cost more in excess run cost than buying new.

There are however many other ways to cool buildings that are practical.
