Capsicum Frutescens is just one species of Chili. There are many more, such as Chinense (Habaneros etc), Annuum (Jalapeno, Paprika...), Frutescens, Pubescens (Rocoto), Baccatum (Lemon Drop, etc), and many wild capsicums. All those are chilies (capsicums).
